Designed from concept to installation
The Client wanted a prestigous sign for their new head quarters that fitted with the landscaping around the building.
Clients required a quality durable image.
Group of mixed stones with main brand on larger stone and smaller pieces to compliment it set in pea gravel for low maintenance.

A replacement was designed and installed to fit in existing setting.
Go Outdoors branded entrance stones
For a number of years, Go Outdoors required a pair of standing stones to be made for every new store they opened across the UK.

This images shows off the 3D effect of decorative sandblasting on sandstone. Raised surface handpainted with clear coating to increase the contrast between the background and foreground.

Chatelherault entrance sign.
Originally this structure had vinyl lettering on it, at point of refurbishment a new colour scheme was chosen and sandblasted timber boards were added to display information, along with a large noticeboard fitted to the base.

One of the flagship Scottish Natural Heritage national Nature Reserves.
I designed and oversaw manufacture for the timber section for this impressive structure, more than once. Originally manufactured in 1995, refurbished in 1998 on site, and remade in 2008. Due to the size of this and the other similar structure all stencilling and cutting was done by hand, and then handpainted. A task and a half.

This structure was under my management as the last one.
SNH National nature Reserve main sign
Structure shape was predetermined. Layout and detailed design of falcon, colour specifying and handpainting of falcon under my management.
Large sandstone sign
Company brand raised and painted corporate colours on a sandblasted background, and installed with a hiab.
Greene King bar panels
Corporate logo supplied by Greene King and then stencilled and sandblasted, infilled with painted. Sections were part of a portable bar used for corporate promotion.
Carr-Bridge Welcome signs
This pair of signs were designed to welcome visitors to the village where there is and ancient bridge across the river that is no longer in use, and is a feature in the centre of the village. Therefore I designed the structure in two layers to convey the importance of the bridge along with a salmon, buzzard high in the sky and a deer grazing near by to convey the ambiance of this beautiful part of the Highlands of Scotland.

SNH Loch Leven NNR
Massive monoliths of Caithness Flag Stone were specified and used here, but due to they size there was difficulties with aquiring and working on the pieces. GRP panels inset into recessses in the stones.
